Ingredients:

Servings: Makes 14-15 energy balls

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup walnuts

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

2-3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Directions:

1. Place pitted dates, pecans, walnuts, & pumpkin pie spice in food processor. Process until well combined.

2. Using hands, roll mixture into balls. Lay pumpkin seeds out on a flat surface and roll balls over until a few seeds stick on the sides of each ball. Chill for about an hour before serving, and keep leftovers in the refrigerator. Makes 14-15 balls.
