Lemon Garlic Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
Marinade:
2 Tbsp oil (avocado or olive)
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp dried basil
Juice from 1 whole lemon
Salt and pepper to taste (I use ~1/8 tsp each)
Directions
Combine all ingredients for marinade together and coat chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or covered dish. Let sit in the fridge for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay chicken breasts in casserole dish and back for about 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked. For shorter cooking time, flatten chicken breasts prior to marinating. Serve with rice, quinoa, or potatoes and a side of steamed or roasted vegetables.
